GENERAL SERVICE

• oil change ( 19,12,8 for Suction filter)
• oil filter change (8)
• air filter cleaning with air 
• Disk pad clean
• brake pad and shoe clean(Emersheet)
• fuse box check and clean
• Battery box (Bolt tight and apply white gel) 
• Spark plug clean
• all bolt tight
• all light check and fuse check.

SPARK PLUG
       spark plug check- gap 0.7-0.8mm
            For 350 cc - 2 spark plug (EFI)
            For 500 cc- 1 spark plug(FI)
       checking in machine
            BLUE- ok  YELLOW - medium  RED - waste

CHAIN ADJUSTMENT / PLAY  25-30 mm
CLUTH PLAY 2-3 mm
BRAKE PLAY 2-3 mm
DISK PAD THICK 4.2MM

TYRE SIZE
            90-90-19 FRONT ( same for all CC)
            100-90-18 REAR ( 350 cc)
             120-80-18 REAR (500 CC)


OIL CAPACITY  - 2.75LTR(engine total assembly)
                             -2.5 LTR (normal)

FORK OIL
                      - CLASS 350 190 ML per leg
                      - thunderbird 420 ml per leg

AIR PRESSURE
                  25 FRONT
                  35 REAR

ROCKER ARM OIL LEAK - check then replace oring
