Radiator:

  #it is mainly used to cool the
1.Engine Block 2.Transmission Oil 3.Engine Oil

#When The Water Is poured Into The Top Of the Radiator Knob. It sent the Water into the FINS (fig.2)

FINS - to cool the water by Radiator Fan at Other Side

#When The Water is out of Fin it transmit Into Engine Blocks and repeat as A cyclic Process

Cause:
When the dust are deposit in the FINS and VALVES it may leads to overheat the water
